This is a relaxing massage which helps to combat stress and to encourage the body’s own natural healing. This massage relaxes the muscles and especially the nervous system as it also stimulates the production of endorphins. It is performed with slow and rhythmic strokes to the head, neck, back and back of the legs.
This technique uses friction, gentle pressure and vibrations over the body’s surface which are stimulates the muscle tissue, gets rid of toxins, relaxes the joints and increases the flow of oxygen and nutrients. Special anti-stress massage oils will be used to help remove all the tension in your body.
The technique relaxes the entire body, relieving physical and emotional tensions and creates a therapeutic relaxing effect.

This anti-stress massage is also can include Indian Head Massage: which is a thousand year old technique designed to ease tension and strain in the shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Amongst its benefits it can assist in relief of headaches, migraines and eye strains, as well as provide relief from anxiety and insomnia, and it is a wonderful experience.

Niel-Asher Frozen Shoulder Therapy: This Niel-Asher Technique [NAT] is a natural method of Frozen Shoulder Treatment that uses the body’s own healing mechanisms. No drugs and no surgery needed as 95% frozen shoulder conditions can be treated with manual therapy and clinically proven to restore movement and reduce pain.
The technique is treating the complex shoulder and uses a specific and unique sequence of manipulations and pressure points to the shoulder joints and soft-tissues. In essence, these can be thought of as inputs into the nervous system.
A frozen shoulder seems to result from the way the brain responds to inflammation around the long head of the biceps. In some people, and it is still unknown why, the brain over-reacts to this inflammation by switching off groups of muscles and changing their dynamics.
Depending how long you have had the problem and which phase you are in, results can be seen in as few as 4 sessions (range 4 -13).

Neuromuscular Therapy for Neck Pain Relief: Anyone who experienced a sort of trauma in their life needs some professional neck work.  Whether it was a car accident, a fall, major surgery or severe daily stress.  The neck remembers that trauma and stores the tension in trigger points which locks up the muscles in the neck, back, head, arms. The whole body can be affected by this as the local stored tension can radiate to different part of your body. Just a few professional sessions can relax the trigger points as well as repair the tense muscles and promote long-term healing.

Stretches: can be included for any massages for request and this is highly recommended to increase your flexibility, the best practice  for this to ensure at least 90 minutes booking.
